No Amanda,
I do not believe there is any list of 'Who blocked you', but you can see 'who you blocked' in your 'Privacy' section.

Only when someone goes on your profile, and notices that it appears private, and that they cannot contact you. They may be able to figure out on their own that you blocked them.
