Where are our comments? You said you going to restore all the past comments and I don't see any of my comments. And you quit the warning saying that, so? will you restore them or we lose all the past comments? Can you tell us?
Thanks

That's right Leo. The status reports on both pages are now gone, but the comments aren't back. I had close to 600. I would like to see some solid reassurance that they will be returned in a timely fashion. On a social network, this will always be far more important than group upgrades.

Patience please >
Topic: info on hi5 site problems
Sorry to not be answering your individual problems. It's been a little hectic here ;) We are still experiencing various issues related to this week's database problems. Here's an update that might help:
During this outage, you may experience these problems when visiting hi5:
1. Some members have not been able to log in. This problem has been fixed for many members, so please try again. If you receive an "Ooops" error when logging in, or see a message that there is no hi5 account for the email address you usually log in with on hi5, you may still be experiencing this problem.
2. Some users may have logged in and seen the wrong hi5 account. This problem was temporary and has been fixed. Please "log out" using the link at the top of your hi5 page and then log back in to make sure you are using the correct hi5 account.
3. We are completing the repair of profile comments. You may still experience various problems, such as not seeing all your comments. We are working hard to restore the comments system back to normal in the next few days.
4. Additionally, photos for some members might be unavailable as well.
Thanks for your continued patience while we work on these issues...we realize this has been a big inconvenience for our active members and really appreciate your commitment to hi5.

Kathy. It's not so much a question of patience as it is of trust. Hi5 has lost mine over the last couple of months with one fiasco after another, renegging on promises, backsliding, giving political answers to technical questions and now this.
