hello liz it seems well to me that you make a new topic for this since the other was very full well I respond this topic by a restlessness that I have with the skin called "More Gothic " my restlessness is that in the main section in the center which isn't an image done by him thats right considered people of hi5 what I say is certain since that image is of a video game very popular call gears of to war to continuation will show an image to them of the aforesaid logo of video game:

"more is not very different from the one from the skin "More gothic " so that I put all this? them dire so that kill time a called companion GAD who is of the best designers than i has ever seen GAD made a skin call "emotional xoxo " which was rejected to have the image of a cartoon personage which enough was modified by right GAD but it stil have copy right thats why it was even rejected his skin now that the person who made this skin "More Gothic " change in anything the image of the vido game now my question is not so that skin was accepted this and not the one of GAD? being who this person has bought the right to use the image or some other reason of that type if he is something tah way I excuse me before all but if he is not why his skin been acepted?

Hi reyes, I actually will second your post, because i recognize that icon from gears of war, and as far as i know we, designers can't use a copyrighted image, or, as i learned not so far ago, any modifications of it.

The designer that did this skin, didn't even bother in modifying this icon, is there, and its clear. I personally believe that Liz, and the skins team, did not know of this video game, being that the reason this skin got trhough. i'm pretty sure, that liz, will take this into consideration, and that she is very thankfull that we are making a post here, about this skin that is using copyrighted images, so hi5 can take the corrective actions they think are apropiatte for this situation.

In a more personal note, i want to thank you, for calling me 'one of the best designers you've ever seen', That really means a lot, and i promise to kkep up the good work. Hey guys - thanks for posting about the "Gears of War" skin. It definitely has a copyrighted image we weren't aware of, and it will be removed shortly.
