I am unable to refresh my apps. Hi5 requests the xml file from my server but then displays "Oops! We were unable to fulfill your request.". However the exact same file loads fine from a different url (naturally this does not solve the problem with my released apps).

This is also the case even after deleting an app. I had a test app which wouldn't refresh so I deleted it and re-added: would not add, same error. However adding it from a different url worked.

It looks like something in Hi5 is busted in a persistant way with app urls.

Hi Mark.

We've had some cache alignment issues between sandbox.hi5.com and the main www.hi5.com site.

I believe they are now resolved. Clicking on the refresh link should work now.
